Eugenia Doreen was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. At a young age, she developed a passion for serving others while falling in love with the law. Growing up in the foster care system, Wallace served on the Missouri State Youth Advisory Board, advocating for foster youth across the state, and drafting and implementing legislation that is still in use today.

 

Her love for community development and women's empowerment sparked the creation of her corporation Female Force Association. She is dedicated to helping women build businesses while building connections. She loves empowering women all over to be the best version of themselves, teaching women the importance of entrepreneurship, all while implementing positive change within her community.

Leah Clay-Downing is a God-fearing and determined individual that is driven by her faith to serve in every aspect of her life. Grounded in the love and support of her family, Leah has been able to tackle any goal she set her mind to, utilizing discipline and persistence. 

 

Leah is a business administration professional with an educational background in Law and Finance. She believes that you must remain a constant student in both your career and in life to further your development and be open to new perspectives.  

Leah has a passion for working with the community which all started at a young age when she began volunteering in her church. She finds it fulfilling to serve and give back to her community because a selfless act is the opportunity to bring light to others. Leah hopes to continue to make an impact in her role as the Financial Development Director at FFA.
